胖虎和小夫意外被宇宙人带走，哆啦A梦、大雄、静香三人前去救他们，却跟踪外星人的UFO来到了一个很远的地方，任意门无法使用。而外星人根本没有自己的星球，他们的星球环境被破坏，无法继续居住了，因此一直在宇宙漂流，寻找合适自己居住的星球。此时外星人的UFO也出了故障，无法把大家送回地球了，于是大家必须在宇宙漂流，寻找回到地球的机会。而此时，外星人成立的独立军，正想侵略地球，以结束自己的漂流生活。
