《浪漫老板》（又名《RomanticBoss》）是由2PM成员黄灿盛、韩国演员景收真联袂演绎。“野兽”黄灿盛将一改往日舞台上的形象，饰演一个为爱努力、为梦想拼搏的都市少年。《浪漫老板》围绕着企划家、网络漫画家、时尚设计师等各个行业的佼佼者的真挚的爱情和朝着梦想奔跑的故事而展开，讲诉了白雪熙(景收真饰)，一个在超强压力之下，会释放搞笑
勒索的灵感来自于危机谈判专家劳伦特·康巴伯特（laurent combalbert）的专业经验，他和他的合作伙伴马尔万·梅里（marwan mery）是世界上最顶尖的谈判专家之一。他们一起周游全球，帮助跨国公司和政府机构进行复杂的谈判和解决冲突。
