或许，对于据称因为私人原因而离开剧组的Dourdan，宣传片中使用了许多Warrick与CSI成员们一同工作时的回顾片段，为其致敬。CSI团队一直是在做着他们最拿手的工作，可是这一次，他们是为了团队中身处险境的一员。此外，Jim Brass（Paul Guilfoyle饰）更对一群警察宣称，他们现时只考虑解决Warrick的案子。
